• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded in full

• Bets placed on events where odds were visibly incorrect due to a technical error may be voided by u888vip, with the staked amount refunded
• Live bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless the market specifies otherwise

The official outcome of bets is determined based on official sources from the federations or organizations governing each competition. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, u888vip uses the result recognized by the sport's highest governing body.

U888vip reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market or event, without providing a reason. These limits may vary by sport, competition, the user's VIP level, and market conditions.

In the event of closure for cause, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balance — from deposits and winnings — may be released for withdrawal once the investigation is complete, provided no fraudulent or unlawful activity is confirmed.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must contact u888vip support. Account closure and the release of any available balance for withdrawal are processed within up to 5 business days.

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Internet connection failures or issues with the user's device

• Processing delays caused by third parties, such as banks and payment processors
• Investment decisions made based on information from the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, u888vip's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
